Our Story

We opened Call Box because Racine deserved better coffee

It started with a simple frustration: great beans, mediocre execution. We knew there had to be a way to serve coffee that respected both the ingredient and the person drinking it.

So we built Call Box — a no-nonsense coffee shop on Goold St where the focus is on craft, consistency, and the people who walk through our door. Every drink is pulled to order. Every pastry is baked the night before. And every regular is treated like they've been part of this place since day one — because they have.
